Due to the changed issue policy of the postal offices, it is often recommended not to strictly follow the OCB (recent years), but to make your own choice instead. Therefore there is a division starting from 1997, matching international customs and the current lay-out of , f.e. Davo pre-albums.
Basic package (1a) contains:
- all stamps
- all blocks
- all booklets with different stamps
- 1 single stamp from booklets with identical stamps (auto-adhesives)
Package 1b contains:
- all stamps from blocks, also from blocks 20th century and “this is Belgium”
- all stamps from booklets with different stamps
Package 1c contains:
- all booklets with identical stamps
Complete contains:
- 1a + 1b + 1c and corresponds to the complete years as defined by the OCB
Important remark: this is a “logical” division that doesn’t take into account deviations in Davo and other albums. Over the years, the logic was adjusted a few times. If needed we can offer years fully customized to your Davo or other pre-album.
